The Alberta T. Davis Foundation (ATDF), formerly The MOTIVA Group, Inc., is a not for profit, educational  organization.  We are actively seeking 501(c)(3) status from the IRS.  The leaders at ATDF are dedicated to our mission of providing expert training resources and materials in support of learning professionals, learning organizations and  institutions, and leaders of underprivileged and underrepresented populations in the US and abroad.

Effective and purposeful leadership in our schools and communities can have a significant impact on our children, families, communities, cities, states, countries, and our world.  Our intent is to impact the world! We do this by offering learning professionals, youth and community leaders, and youth-serving agencies/organizations the highest quality programs and services designed to meet the growing challenges of providing support for academic achievement and enrichment, increased standardized test scores, and in response to dwindling or reduced community funding and resources.
